She is really interested in essential oils and a natural home so I thought this would be a great way to get her started. Here I have made a few samples of my favorite DIY recipes!!
Lavender & Frankincense Skin Balm

Thieves Household Cleaner
Here I have diluted one cap full of Young Living Thieves Household Cleaner in a pint of water. I have found this ration great for normal all purpose cleaning. I think wide mouth mason jars make the best storage for this cleaner. —> click here to order your Young Living products
DiGize Roll On
DiGize has been known to help with digestive issues such as gas pains, nausea, and upset tummy. I have had great results using it to minimize bloating. I found these great little roll on bottles and filled one with 10 drops DiGize and the rest of the way with organic grape seed oil.
Peace and Calming has been known to help with anxiety and tension. One quick whiff of Peace and Calming and I immediately relax a bit. It’s great for those tense moments or for unwinding after a busy day. Thieves & Lavender Oil Samples

Thieves oil can be applied to the bottom of the feet or added to warm water as a tea to help boost immunity. It can be diluted and rubbed on gums for tooth aches or teething. It can be diffused into the air to help combat airborne illnesses. We use it constantly around our house.
Lavender can be applied to the abdomen for cramps, to the temples to release tension, or applied on the skin for burns or acne. We also diffuse it into the air to help us unwind and relax. It is by far my most favorite scent and we use this oil every day!
